Stage 1 out of 3 : Registration Phase

Registration Period : 11 OCT -  11 NOV 2012 
You must submit your application for SOVED 2013 during Registration Phase only. Any application outside dates mentioned above will be ignored. Status confirmation will be informed through emails to each institution respective Contact Person's email and announced on the 1st day of Payment phase. Use this link below for registration :

Stage 2 out of 3 : Payment Phase

Payment Period : 12 NOV - 25 NOV 2012 
You must pay your teams registration fee only during this phase. You will receive confirmation email along with total registration fee that you have to pay. After Bank wire transfer, you must submit the transfer proof along with your confirmation email to SOVED2013 Registration email (Detail below). Bear in mind that your registration will only confirmed as valid after you receive confirmation email that you will receive after your transfer is confirmed. You can send your registration fee to :

Any payment outside dates mentioned above and without confirmation email will be ignored. You may claim your money back to our Registration team.

Stage 3 out of 3 : Participants Details

Participants Details Period : 1st DEC - 30 DEC 2012

You must fill details of participant from your institution. You must prepare full names  of Institution Adjudicator, and debaters from each team that already confirmed during payment phase. We will announce link for participant details form at 1 January, 10.00 WIB.

    Deadlines :
    4 November for the DCA Applicant
    25 November for the Invited Adj. Applicant.
